All I can say is that if you've made up your mind to be rid of her then report her now. If she gets the sense that you won't "help" her then she might get ideas and claim abuse or something. She's showed that her only interest is to be in the US so who knows what she's capable of doing. Protect yourself and report her.

R u already married? For all I know, the K1 visa holder cannot adjust status unless she/he marries her/his petitioner within 90 days of arrival her in the US.

No we are not married. I was just wondering if there is something I can do so she cannot come back to this country ever again. She screwed me over so bad.

Preventing her from coming back will not "un-screw" you. Say "Thank you, goodbye" and go on with things.

i am a little bit confused is she here or not, it almost sounds like you knew that she wanted to come here only, but maybe you thought it could change and she can be into you. It sounds like your not married to her nor is she in the country yet but you want to get some kind of revange. Well none the less this is what you do. If she did come here as a fraud then call the FBI cause that is a con. FBI even work with NBI if she is still in PI. This way if she ever files she will most like get denied.

that is my thoughts exactly. my brother was going through the k1 visa process with his fiance. during this time his fiance and my fiance became friends. my brothers girl told my girl about her plan to enter the USA and then claim my brother abused her. she would then be able to stay in the country. of course, my brother may have ended up in jail because of her lies. he obviously canceled her visa application when he found out about this.

so forgive me if i am a little skeptical when it comes to claims of abuse. i am sure abuse actually happens. i'm also sure false claims of abuse actually happen. its a shame that the current laws actually give an incentive for women to make false claims of abuse.

:wow: He was lucky she didn't get the chance. It's the same though even if you marry a USC. They can also pretend abuse and screw you over. I don't know what to tell you except try to end it quickly and with legal counsel.
