Try to remain calm and to the point and unemotional, simply indicating that you will not be pursuing the case. Inform them of her whereabouts, if she has moved from the address she noted she would be staying once in the USA.

And then try to heal the wounds that this disappointment has caused you. Leave the rest to USCIS.

This right here is the best advice. This woman needs to be reported to the USCIS so that she can not get into the US by means of fraud with yet another victim. OPs fault for not spending more time to get to know his fiance better in person.

Unless you have been out in space for years most people know that a LOT of filipinos are looking for a better life in the US for themselves and to help their famlies back home.. At the same time American puti are looking for a young hard body.

The trade off works out for the better a LOT of the time. Sometimes as shown by the OP it doesn't.

Whether it was real or said in spite, dude has to make her go bye bye. If someone is stupid enough to say something like that when mad, then they don't deserve any compassion or second chances. the fact that that should have been 1 more person in the cluster-!@#$ that is USCIS that shouldnt have been in line. she used this poor guy and delayed some other people, and now shes asking you to help her stay. how about people that are sitting here pining for their real wives/husbands and fiancees to show up so that they can start their lives together. i say you GANK this idiot make SURE she can not stay in the US.

the thing that i cant stand about this ####### is that people that do the right thing, and fall in love, and try to get married and live decent lives...they pay the price, and people like this...they float, ride the system and enjoy it. shes here...there is no way to get her deported, and she can go and pay someone else to marry her and make her legal.

I would first not let your fiancee know what your planning . Then call USCIS and report it , and have your fiancee deported . And she will be banned from the USA , if you dont do something about it . I think it would be Marriage Immigration Fraud , and you can be prosecuted for that under the law ?
