Hey poor you, so sorry, its even more annoying that she offered to pay you, my advice dont collect a dime so she wont accuse you of fraud when she cant adjust status, she needs to get married to you and only you, within 90days. Its obvious you wont be getting married to her., shes a #$^^&(

You should be happy she didnt wait long enough to use you for adjustment of status till she gets her green card before walking out on you. Infact be grateful.

My advice, dont get married then call INS and also go to uscis and book info pass for appontment, while there let them know the situation.

Its simple, nothing much to do.

If she likes let her stay, encourage her to if she wants, she ll be working towards a ten year ban and who knows maybe forever!

Good riddance to bad rubbish, you should be happy not sad as some people can be trickish and use their spouses until they are settled.

Sorry for all the stress, can imagine going through the whole process only for her to get here and want to leave,,, now that makes me wonder...

What was her reason for wanting to leave as oct 29th is a few weeks ago meaning she just got here, can you shed more light on that?

Apparently your fiance isnt so smart if that is what she had planned. Its not long term *rolls her eyes*. She doesnt know the restrictions of K1 visa. You need not do anything, her I94 will expire after 3 months and she has to return home.
