I hate pigs like her!!! :ranting: My advice is don't marry her since she came to US in K1, within 90 days, she'll be kick out of US.

It's just so nerve racking that a lot of us here wanting to be with our loveones and going through this hard process just to have a family, while other desolated mind person uses other people to get to the US. Oh well, and she is rich because she'll pay you with all the money you spent for her immigration.. but she can never pay the pain she brought you.

Oh, I read from one of your post too that she is wanting to STOP OVER in Japan? oh she must have wanted to see your other pal. see? SHE's a USERRRRR....

I don't know ways on how to fully banned her on getting to US but if you knew some, please feel free to do it. :thumbs:

call the police.

my friend did that to her boyfriend and they really locked him up and deported him.

please call immigration too and inform them so she can be blacklisted. and can not file for any other petition - be it k1 or k3 from another american she has to fool.

please do it now also before she thinks of another smart-a** way to trick people.

good luck and be careful next time. this scam is pretty rampant all over.

oh and if she says sorry... please do not take her back.

have her deported.

Sorry to hear that. It's embarrassing for us. But life goes on just always look positively in life. It's her loss anyway. God bless......If you processed fiancee visa, she will be staying there for 90 days and if there's no marriage happening within 90 days she will have to return home and i hope that she won't be one of the TNT.....Or I guess you can report to the immigration about your situation...

So he will have a record of when and what happened. (Document it). That`s all he can do ... or better said should do.

If he tries anything against her (with obvious malicious intent) can be turned against him. So, is smarter to just document what happens.
