Hi guys, unfortunately, my so called fiance just used me to get here. She said that she would just pay me to help her stay here. This got me so mad, is there anyway for me to get her banned from ever coming back here to the states? I'm going thru the worst times of my life right now and I would appreciate any help.

Buy some suitcases, a one-way ticket, help her pack, and drop her at the airport

Cost of (2) large suitcases: $100

I hope you have at least sent her to live somewhere else, and not with you. Let USCIS know in writing that she's no longer with you. Trying to get revenge may be more unnerving to you than it's worth. If she's on her own or among friends, she will have to figure out some way to stay here. Just avoid participating in whatever fraudulent scheme she comes up with.

MAKE SURE she gets on the plane, because you might think she is on her way to the phils, but she has gone to a different state to live and become an illegal immigrant. once she is on her way to the phils, you need to report her, give her name to the uscis, to nvc, to the us embassy in manila, this way her name will come up in case she tries to scam another american.

Write a very concise letter to the Service Centre over your jurisdiction indicating that you wish for the petition you submitted on her behalf to be withdrawn because the relationship is not viable, that you learned that she has no interest in marriage and has since propositioned that you assist her in evading immigration laws. Try to remain calm and to the point and unemotional, simply indicating that you will not be pursuing the case. Inform them of her whereabouts, if she has moved from the address she noted she would be staying once in the USA.

Period.

And then try to heal the wounds that this disappointment has caused you. Leave the rest to USCIS.

Don't marry her! If she came on a fiance visa it will expire in a few months. She won't be able to stay. Report her for visa fraud.
