Thankfully Greece has just recently adopted a very broad smoking ban which will take effect probably beginning of 2010 (2009 seems a bit too close), so at least visiting is going to be more manageable. I was involuntarily placed around a heavily smoking environment in my childhood years, despite them knowing of my susceptibility to respiratory illness. Despite the few good people who don't share with others, a good portion don't seem to give a sh*t about anyone else's health (not even their own children) and the time had long come to make a decision for smokers that they refused to take into consideration on their own volition. I only want to see public adoption of smoking bans, amongst the other public facilities (shopping centers, stores, etc.) while leaving the option open for private places to decide for themselves, like bars, clubs, or homes. Also, quite importantly, make forcing a child to be around a smoking environment akin to child abuse or neglect.

hermano len, i ahve smoked a pipe a long time...use to have the inmates light it for me in kansas..call them out of group..that was a perk for them./.still smoke it...usually 3 times a day
