Hello fellow vJs! I received my appointment letter on november 10, 2008, and I have my interview date on December 12, 2008, and I plan to have my medical exam on SLEC tommorow friday..i have a problem about my vaccination history? i didnt know if I already done of all the vaccination when I was a child..what if I have no vaccination records, will it be a delay or they will continue the examination..hope someone will give me advise coz i want to have my medical as soon as possible..

Meet at the School: JUNE 2001

She said YES: OCTOBER 2001

Flight to U.S.: MAY 2002

our baby jelo born: FEBRUARY 9, 2005

she came back wit my son: AUGUST 2, 2005

if you don't have any vaccination records, st luke's would just give you the immunizations required...

don't worry if you don't have w/ you your vaccination record. the doctor in SLEC will decide w/c vaccine you'll receive..
