My doctor currently does not allow more than one pack at at time. I'm thinking about changing doctors, any ways, and seeing what she can do for me. The new doc might be able to work something out between me and the insurance company.

Aw that is awful! I know the vet bills can be outrageous sometimes, but I used to work in a vet office so I can say you did the right thing! Maybe it would have been okay, but it could have been worse too and hospitalizing pets is very $$$. So even though it sucks at least you know you did the right thing for your puppy!

2004-09-03 : Met at college in USA and went on first date!

2008-01-02 : Married in Canada.

2008-01-07 : DH returns to USA.

2008-04-20 : Finally received marriage certificate from the province and filed 1-130 Petition.

2008-07-08 : I-130 Approved!

2008-09-15 : Received DS-230 and I-864.

2008-10-14: Mailed DS-230 and I-864

2008-10-30: DS-230 and I-864 received by NVC

2008-11-04: RFE

2008-11-18: Overnighted missing documents to NVC

2008-11-26: Case Complete at NVC!!

2008-03-02: Medical in Toronto

2009-03-23: Interview! Approved!

2009-04-04: The big move. POE: Blue Water Bridge. All went well.

2009-04-16: SSN arrives in the mail.

2009-04-24: PR card arrives in the mail.

silly puppy! I once had a dog that had a penchant for eating razors. He would search them out no matter where we put them. That and feminine products :o We'd come home and they'd be aaaaaaaaaaaalllll over the place!

Same dog also got food poisoning because idiot boyfriend (long since gone) didn't take the garbage out when he said he would. I'd cleaned out the frige and the garbage bag was full of I dunno what. Ever wake up in the middle of the night and step in dog sick? YUCK!

Maybe the local family planning centre can help you out this month?

Bummer about your pills, but there has got to be a way for you to get more. I'm an RN and if you lived closer, i'd get ya a free sample pack of your brand. i'm sure that

if you explained the situation to the doctor they'd help you out. Is there an OB/gyn dept. at the clinic you go to? Your doctor's office would be able to get a pack from them

i'm sure if their office doesn't have any themselves. And there's no reason you'd have to actually see the doctor. The other mention of asking at the planned parenthood clinic

near you is also a good idea. You have the vet bill to prove the story too if anybody gives you any smacktalk.

You would have to act quick. You probably already know, but ... when you miss one pill, you just take the additional pill to catch up, but once you get beyond that you'll

have to use backup contraception for a full month on the next oc pack if you don't want to get pregnant.

good luck! Glad your dog is ok. The hematemesis would have scared me too.

Pup is good. Doesn't seem to have an affect on her at all and she has been eating and going to the bathroom regularly. She's so stupid my pup...haha but I love her.

Yes, trailie, the doc I have is an ####### so I am looking to switch. However, what is the point if I am moving in a month? I have to wait.
