Anyone else have dates removed from message and still at Nebraska?

Am I the only one (on VJ) whose application did not move from Nebraska and also have their standard message change (with no update to the date for me case - i.e. no touch)? It now does not have any time to complete processing. It reads as follows:

"Current Status:

Your I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was received on February 9, 2006. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates. "

Maybe its because you are before the March 6th date. Just a thought.

There are others who filed before March 6 who had their petitions moved, correct? Thought I saw that.

At any rate, the 110 days is business days so I am far from that. Actual days I am over 110. I am wondering if the K1 processing dates will move if they supposudly no longer do K1s. They will not give me any information or do an investigation to my case until the date they have posted is 30 days past my NOA1 date. It is currently Feb. 20. Will they move this date anymore I wonder?

I am curious about these things. I wonder if my case got lost because there has been zero touches. Most of the people in security checks on VJ recieved touches. I am just trying to get some clues as to what happened to my case so I can try to plan my life accordingly. Yes, everyone waits, I know. Knowing what you are waiting on in nicer though.

I would call - you can say that you are seeing a lot of cases from Nebraska are being transferred and you have not heard anything about yours... the worst they can do is say "keep waiting". But perhaps if your case has been lost (knock on wood) they will be alerted to it.

The processing timeframe was removed from our status page as well... but then the next day it changed again to state that we'd been transfered to CSC.

Chuckles, maybe it's possible that they've just forgotton to change your online status to reflect the petition's actual status?

ALL service centers have removed the dates from the case status info for ALL couples, as far as we can tell. So far nobody has had their unaltered.

My "dates" were removed yesterday afternoon on both of my "cases" too! Maybe they are just getting lazy and don't want to have to update so many things.....

The dates ahve also been removed from our AOS case status. I guess this is across the board.

Thats right, I got no notification that my case was moved either, and I filed in Nebraska.

they have taken away the processing dates though.

I wish I knew what it meant, but we seem to be in the same boat Icyspots. Perhaps they intend to still adjucate a few more piles of K1 visas at Nebraska, and this is the case. Maybe it is for extra security checks? I have to wait for the processing dates to change on the USCIS website before they will tell me this. When they do I'll let you know what they say.

Got our case transferred from NSC to CSC on 6-1-06 even though we filed at NSC with a NOA1 dated 4-4-06. Wonder what's going on...

We lost our 90-120 days statement as well. First of all I got all excited and thought that a decision was looming. That was right before I heard about IMBRA. I'm approaching 120days now and I personally think they took of the suggestion of timing because they know they're not going to make it. They're probably hoping it will save them a lot of phone calls.
