Hi Everyone, please put my worries to rest. Hubby and I just had an update on the USCIS website and I'm not sure if it means our petitions have been transferred to CSC or not. There was no mention of CSC on the update. Is this the standard update? Will he also receive a hardcopy letter to say that it has been transferred?

BELOW IS THE UPDATE ON THE WEBSITE:

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done, counting from when USCIS received it. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. To receive e-mail updates, follow the link below to register.

21st April 08 - Mailed off I-130 but with incorrect title on cheques

30th April 08 - USCIS returned petitions requesting correct title on cheques

2nd May 08 - Mailed out I-130s again! Finally on our way!!!

9th May 08 - NOA-1

7th Nov 08 - Tranferred to CSC

4th Dec 08 - Approved!!!

22nd Dec 08 - NVC # assigned

23rd June 09 - Case Complete at NVC (We slowed down the process on purpose to time interview accordingly)

18th August 09 - Medical

25th August 09 - Interview Date - Approved!!!

19th February 10 - POE L.A (No dramas, just SLOW)

2nd March 10 - Welcome to America Letter

Hi! Been a while since I've seen you. Looks like everything is moving a long. You should get a hard copy in the mail. We did a K1 visa, but when our AOS case was transferred we got a similar letter. If I remember correctly we got 2 letters, one vague letter saying it was transferred and a second letter saying that it was pending at CSC.

youve been transferred which means youre lucky and you should be getting the approval soon

youll be getting a letter stating the transfer and you will get your approval very soon

It has been transferred to CSC. The hard copy that you get in the mail tells you where while the online status doesnt.

Hi Whisper2me,

My husband received today the letter from Uscis telling him our file was transfered on Nov 12 to California, but the website still shows our case is pending in Vermont, no updates so far...

As you, now I can have some exciment too.... :jest:

I hope all of us that we are waiting to be with our loved, get approval soon..
