I would not let my child in with this piece of paper

We got our son's NOA-1 (if that's what it is) today before my husband's. I think someone forgot to put the official paper/letterhead/whatever in the printer before they printed this thing off!

It is just a plain white sheet of paper with all the correct info and a paragraph about how he is included as a dependent on his dad's request to remove conditions. Near the top, it says "VERIFICATION OF INCLUSION OF A DEPENDENT IN FILING OF FORM I-751 OR I-752"

But the fact that it is just a plain white piece of paper is freaking me out! Is this what others have gotten for K2 dependents?? And has anybody used it to re-enter the US after a trip abroad??

Thanks!

Maya

Many thanks to the Visajourney community for all the help!
