I've seen various answers on this, so I'm not sure what is accurate. Does he have to pay to have his Dutch birth certificate translated into English, or is it acceptable for him to translate it? If he can translate it...does he just type it up and print it off or what?

We just got our approval for our 2nd NOA today :D Amazing how something can make two people so very happy!

Thanks! It feels like a miracle that they've finally approved the NOA2. Went to bed smiling last night and woke up again this morning smiling and feeling content. I saw they sent your petition to the wrong consulate...any news with that? That's gotta be frustrating!

Thanks! He is fluent in English so it's nice that there's one less expense we'll have.

He received packet 3 in the mail today :) It is amazing that after so long without anything happening on this that things are finally moving! WOOHOOOOOOOOOO :)
