I think no need... I have read somewhere (here in VJ) that she submitted emails that were written in Ilonggo and the CO was smiling while reading one of those emails (as if the CO understands it)...

I say no need. Some CO don't read them and some will. If they will read it then they will ask you. As you said some are Tagalog so there are some that in English too. I wasn't asked for any chat logs,emails last time but they might with you. The best thing is you are ready! Good luck!

but, sometimes if the CO's is contented with the I-129F package they will not ask any of those. ;)
