I received my visa this morning but suppose to be it must had been yesterday, but due to the typhoon rains the delivery man wasn't able to. I asked the delbros man why there were errors in there text replies and there websites shipment tracking information, all he said was computer errors. Somehow, I kept on texting them everyday and maybe they were tired of receiving such messages and was obliged to always check there data's. The delivery man told me the embassy released my visa last Nov. 4 and showed me his list. Maybe they have to collect other visas which will be delivered on the same route so it took more days to be received by us applicants.
