With a president nominated justices for the supreme court, and the power to veto bills as blackmail to congress to get this guy on the bench, exactly where is the balance of power?

The justices of SCOTUS outlast individual presidencies and the a lot of justices don't follow presidential agendas. Happens all the time.

We changed from a republic to a dictatorship.

Even if it were in decline, it needs to happen. Too many smug ####### here who think might is right, and need to be taken down a notch or two to re-think their policies of aggression over friendship. Then we have a society and government who love to be in debt. Then the geniuses who want to counter excessive spending with tax cuts.

I've long said we get what we deserve. If this economic recession and housing crash is all that there is, I'd say we're getting of light.

I agree. The catfight between Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Anniston must end soon if we are to save the republic. They must mudwrestle nude to the death and the dollar bills thrown in and bets placed will be used to pay off the national debt.
