Does this packet need to be sent to recive a signature when arriving? Do I send it priority mail? What way did you send yours? Mine is heading to Vermont.......

I sent by FedEx. In this case you able to see next day it's arraived.

You can send it any way you want - priority may get it there a day or so earlier. If you want proof that it was received, then go to the post office and get a return receipt requested label for a couple of bucks, and mail it to the correct street address in Vermont, not to a post office box.

I sent mine regular post but with delivery confirmation, meaning they had to sign to get it...
