hello my vj family!!!!

My flight is from MNL to Nagoya , Japan and Nagoya, Japan to Detroit

the result of my medical exam is x-ray

My question is do i have to present my x-ray at POE in Nagoya

or only at the POE in Detroit ???????????????

Advice and Suggestion is very appreciated ...........

NVC Received.........................07-14-08

Consulate Received.................07-20-08

Appointment Letter Received....07-31-08

Medical Exam..........................08-26,27-08

USEM released docs to N.S.O......09-15-08

Interview Date........................09-19-08 (pink slip and white slip for dv)

your POE is where you first land in the USA, which would be Detroit. the Xray is rarely asked for at the POE.

You probably won't need to hand over the x-ray at all but certainly not before your are ready to clear US Customs and Immigration. The safe bet is to keep the x-ray in your carry-on luggage but I've truly never heard of anybody needing it at a POE.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

We carried my husband's x-rays in our carry on and they never asked for it. It is currently stashed away collecting dust in our closet.

We hand carried that worthless piece of ####! I have NEVER heard of anyone being asked for it. Do you really think the immigration officer is going to look at it? And do you think he/she will know what they are looking for? Stick it in your luggage, or hand carry it if you wish, but know that no one will ever want to see it.

hello ladyin pink,like what the above post reply says u should hand carry with u the x-ray result and the brown envelop that was deliver to with the visa,keep it in a safe bag with u,it is very important to u when u have your POE the immigration in US will be the one to open the brown envelop and ask u a little question,so take note not to keep away the brown envelop it should be with u in a safe bag so with the x -ray result...have a safe trip and welcome to USA...

1/28/09:NOA2 received ...in 161 days from NOA1

2/10/09:received appointment letter from USEM

3/11 - 12 : MEDICAL -- passed

3/30/09: INTERVIEW -- APPROVED

4/02/09:VISA deliver at home at 2:45 pm

5/28/09:SSN arrived after less than 1 week from filling.

6/01/09:Wedding day.[/color]
