who is still left to be transferred to CSC?

I'm a June 08 filer. I do have a question though, are they sending all VSC petitions to CSC due to the computer problems they are having at VSC that everyone on VJ has been talking about or is it because how fast CSC is moving and how slow VSC is moving?

they wont send everyone....only the ones who have been waiting for an unreasonably long time. the latest that i read in one of the threads was that they transferred may 15 and earlier.

Do you know anyone from May to have been transferred? I know a few people from April who got transferred but none from May.

My NOA1 was in May 21 I wasn't transfer, well I guess, I know you said before 15, I will call tomorrow just in case, you think will be transfer? also i still waiting for expedite i submited and told me need to wait at least 4 weeks :crying:

while i really hope that you get transferred and be out of VSC as soon as possible but i dont think you will be. here are two reasons why:

1. you filed for an expedite and they wont transfer an expedited petition unless they have made a final decision (atleast thats what i think)

2. it looks like that you are a K3 filer. K3 filers have a very slim chance of being transferred. yes it has happened in the past but not a whole lot.

i hope you get your approval soon. good luck :thumbs:
