Hey, Guys!

Does anyone know if VSC will transfer k3 petition to CSC as well or just CR1? Please share your info.

U.S. Passport

xx-xx-2012: Passport application sent

I-130 petition for Sibling

07-19-2012: Sent I-130 via Priority mail

07-23-2012: I-130 received by PHX lbx (forwarded to california)

07-23-2012: Priority date

07-30-2012: I-797 receipt received

1. CR1 [Completed: 2009/Total Days: 325]

2. ROC [Completed: 2011/Total Days: 222]

3. CITIZENSHIP [Completed: 2012/Total Days: 125]

4. US PASSPORT [Completed: 2012/Total Days: ]

I clearly remember the transfer wave in August. Only two VJ K3 filers were transferred, and that too only their I-130 applications were transferred and their I-129F were abandoned by VSC (administratively closed).

I doubt if K3 filers will move....will be happy if they do.

I clearly remember the transfer wave in August. Only two VJ K3 filers were transferred, and that too only their I-130 applications were transferred and their I-129F were abandoned by VSC (administratively closed).

I doubt if K3 filers will move....will be happy if they do.

I doubt it too, but let see. This transfers for reason dont make sense to me, didnt filing k3 suppose to make the process go quicker then just I-130 by itself. If so, then y arent they transfering k3 filers as well. I am planning to call USCIS tomorrow to find out the reason behind this, let hope they give me specific answer instead of there old "canned" response. This whole process is BS.
