Where would you go online to try and find work internationally?

Depends on wether you are looking for a company in the US to relocate you abroad, or if you are looking for an employer abroad to hire you and which country you are looking to work in.

I think it would depend on the industry you're looking to work in.

For example, for teaching abroad, International School Services places teachers at American schools internationally. In my field of actuarial work, the recruiters I use frequently have international job postings that I keep my eye on. I'm not sure there is a consolidated source for international job opportunities that span all industries.

Anything that would hire me! ;)

But seriously there are many countries in many regions I would move to.

And I am a professional chef but would qualify to teach English as well.

Almost anyone can teach ESL but you won't get rich doing it. Check out http://www.eslcafe.com/joblist/.
