HI and GOOd Day for everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are going the K3 route and proceeding with the I129F at the embassy. And and I mwaitnig for my interview date after sent back packet 3.5.

Should we ignore letters from the NVC we receive for the immigrant visa petition?

We got a letter from the NVC about a 'choice of agent' and a request to pay the AOS fee. Should we just ignore these? and we sent back choice of agent form and now we received visa fees $400.

Also what happens if a person were to go through this whole NVC process with the I130, and still take the K3 interview and come to the US on a K3 visa. All the fees and progress with the NVC with the I130 would then be wasted?

Please reply me as soon as possible. :crying::crying::crying:

i m confused whcih one is better for me right now..i m final stage of K3 now and also NVC sent us letters,

what should i do please need help..............

The K-3 visa is faster up front, but a spouse who enters the country on a K-3 visa must adjust his or her status to conditional residency after he or she enters the United States. The time and money saved by getting the K-3 visa is made up because the adjustment of status demands an additional investment of time and money.

The bottom line: If you are looking to get your spouse into the United States as soon as possible then the K-3 visa is the way to go. However, if speed is not essential and if it is important that your spouse is a permanent resident from the moment he/she enters the US and will be able to work upon entry into the country, then the Immigrant (CR-1 and IR-1) visas are a better fit.

I agree with Completely. You have to ask yourself what is important to you: The speed of getting your wife to the US (then go K-3) or having them be a resident when they get here (then I-130)

For myself and my husband it was about the residency so we are hunkering down for a long wait. But you have to do what's best for you.

i need faster ways

i go through with k3

cus job is not my need im atually wife

To actually answer your question, yes, you may simply ignore the correspondence from NVC. Any fees you pay them will be wasted if you go ahead with the K3 process.
