Probably DV has been abolished.I know this girl from my town in the Philippines who just had her interview a week ago and already got her visa today.Very lucky that she didn't get thru all the waiting and such! hOpe the same for you ladies

i wish we'd get a refund.. husband paid last Oct 30.. interview as Nov 18.. when he paid for the visa delivery fee to Delbros, they wouldn't give him a refund for the DV. i told him earlier that he should ask. maybe you have to get that magic text from them for the "official refund." by then he will already be here in the states!

I-130 Timeline:

5/13 : NOA1

7/21 : NOA2 - APPROVED!!!

NVC Timeline:

7/25 : Case # assigned

9/30 : Case completed!!!! (THANK YOU, LORD!!!)

10/03: Interview date assigned

US Embassy in Manila:

10/30 : Paid Document Verification (just to be on the safe side)

11/12 - 11/13 : Medical at SLEC

11/18: INTERVIEW DATE/MANILA EMBASSY/0630AM - VISA APPROVED!

11/20 : Visa in hand! (that was fast!)

11/30 : Flight to USA!

Life in America:

11/30 : POE:LAX

12/04 : SSN issued - 12/13: card received in the mail

12/04 : "Green Card" issued - 12/13: card received in the mail

NOVEMBER 30, 2010 : CR1 expires

I got that text this afternoon, how will they refund the money I already text them back but did not reply me yet just wondring how will they refund it.. Hmmm well I am waiting to their reply until tomorrow..

09/15/2010 - Sent AOS

09/23/2010 - Receive Text and Email

09/27/2010 - Receive Hard Copy in the Mail (EAD,AP,AOS)

10/13/2010 - RFE on my I-485( waiting the letter on the mail )

10/18/2010 - Biometrics Appointment (touch AOS, EAD at the same day )

10/22/2010 - Sent RFE

10/26/2010 - Touch ( received RFE Under review )
