Hello, we received the DS-3032 and the AOS Fee Bill today, 11 days since it was sent via DHL. I sent the DS-3032 via email and snail mail, and I paid the AOS Fee online today. We need to send a change of address since my wife is now living here with me (K-3), but there is no address for this. Should we send it via email and snail mail letter? Is there a form? Do we need to send it to GUZ (the Chinese Consulate), also? Thanks for your help, Mike & Yizhen

Did you send it to the NVC or USCIS. I don't know anything about AOS, but I know both places have a phone number you can call and change it over the phone. They will send you a letter afterwards, stating that it has been changed. I had to change my address at both, since I am in the military and moved right after my case got sent up the USCIS (you can also do it on-line with them) and then when my case got to NVC, when I moved into the place where both me and my husband will live. Both places I did over the phone. Hope that helps. (I don't know if you have to send it to the consulate or not, since she is now in the US)

I called the NVC today and they told me to send a letter for change of address, that it could not be done over the phone. My wife's address is changing from China to USA, she is here on a K-3. AOS is affidavit of support. Thanks, Mike & Yizhen
