Hello vj members!!!!

Im just kinda worried about our noa2 if VSC will approve our petition. It is because i and my fiance met in person for only 3 days. It really bothers me a little even though we have complete proof about our genuine relationship. He just couldnt stayed here long coz he needed to go back in the US at that time because of his work. but we do have our pictures together, the hotel receipts, the boarding pass and his two way tickets.

Is it really important about the days he stayed here for our case? Or as long as we have our proof it is ok?

I hope somebody can give some good ideas about it especially those who got approved already...

THANKS!!!!!

Try to relax - proof is proof - you've got just a little while to go (December) - assume the best.

I don't think you will have any problems..... As long as you got the evidence to prove that you have a bonafide relationship than you will be ok..

Wait to Dec - January. As long as you present proofs of relationship, you will be fine.

Dude, it's over 4 moths for us. Have never even been touched since NOA1 date. We've dated in the US for a year, when I stayed there as an Au Pair, so we have plenty of evidence. Now, do you think WE should get worried?

Point is - USCIS is illogical, crazy, and inexplicable establishment. You are well within the processing time, so cheelax
