I am happy to report that we got the email today stating that our I130 approval notice was sent out today, 11-20-2008.

I have a case of happy feet now.

02/14/2008 Valentine`s Day Wedding!

AOS

04/09/2008 I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox

05/03/2008 call to USCIS because NOA1 not received ;( Got the receipt number and was told that we cannot get replacement NOA1.

08/21/2008 request for NOA1 for I-130 to file AOS placed over the phone and forwarded to VSC. Thanks to the first great Rep at USCIS hotline

10/17/2008 Hubby`s B-day, NOA1 for I-130 finally arrives!

10/21/2008 AOS sent to Chicago lockbox

10/31/2008 NOAs for AOS received

11/06/2008 I-130 is transferred to CSC

11/20/2008 biometrics done

12/02/2008 I-130 APPROVED!!!

01/02/2009 EAD received

02/12/2009 Interview APPROVED!!!

02/17/2009 welcome letter received

02/23/2009 GC received!!! yay!!!

Hey guys............. OUR I130 WAS APPROVED!!!! :D Just got notification online that our notice was sent out on November 26th!! What a wonderful and early Christmas present!!!! I wish the same for everyone else still waiting!!! Now on to the NVC :goofy:

Hi Guys WE ARE APPROVED!!! :star::star::star:

I just received the approval notice in my mail box. The approval date is Nov. 21st. Thank God. I spent last night (Thanksgiving) at my mothers house holding my 3 year old daughter and crying. I was praying to God and asking him to speeds things up. And now today I find this approval notice in my mail box. I am soooo thankful to God for this.

What should I do now. Should I contact the NVC. The notice says that NVC will contact my husband (the beneficary) but I do not want to wait that long.

Good luck to everyone. The approvals are coming in fast and furious for us November CSC transfers!!!
