for those of you who have been transferred, congratulations! you should be approved pretty soon, give it about 2- 3 weeks from the time csc receives your cases. good luck and better get everything ready for NVC in advance because it will be a fast ride at super fast nvc. congratulations again! keep the faith guys.

I am really happy for you guys who are getting transferred to CSC, but can't help feel pathetic as an early March K3 filer. I'd have been better off with just the CR1. I might've been in the first batch of transfers to CSC in August, but it seems like VSC doesn't transfer the K3 filers.

Those who filed K3 with VSC in and around early March are in a tough spot. Those before us with CR1 or K3 are already approved or transferred and approved. Those after us will now be transferred and approved soon. Once again, I am honestly happy for you transferees, but extremely pi$$ed off at my luck!

CJ, You should be happy that the CR1/IR1 filers are getting out of your way and now VSC can focus on approving you guys. You will be approved in a week or max 2. mark my words mate. Good luck to you.

I dint't get any touches, in fact nothing changed on my portfolio. it still shows 4/11/2008 and says pending in Vsc. I was thinking it might take some time to change since they had problems with their computers.

Thats werid. Your NOA1 date is same as mine. I wonder why there have been touches on my case everyday after the transfer...

Great news everyone! Here is the first member (me) who`s petition has been transferred to CSC on 11/6!!!

My NOA1 date is 4/16 and I have no touches nor new status message showing online.

I have a strong feeling there is more to come!
