Since being transferred from VSC, I called the USCIS with the premise that our case is now outside the "6 month" CSC processing date. The prerecorded message stated to please wait at least 180 days from your transfer date before inquiring about your case. Not very encouraging.

If anyone gets a different response from an actual person at USCIS, let us know.

my husband forgot to check the mail yesterday, so I am hoping tonight that we got notice that our case was transfered as well

YAY!!!!!!! I got transferd to CSC tooooooooo! I'm crying because I just found new hope to be with my husband soon!! He just send me a message that we got transfered, don't know exactly when though! Good luck to all of you guys!

You can add us to the tracking sheet. Original NOA1 from VSC on May 14... Transfered to CSC Nov. 5th.

Online case status now shows Last Updated 11/11/2008 - Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

He said he got the letter in the mail today. I also checked online but nothing changed- Yet!!

I am so excited!!! I feel we are all almost done our longest wait - from here on out i think it's supposed to be a breeze

what's even more exciting is that i will be going down to see him tomorrow maybe by then we will get an approval!!!

I was looking at previous timelines that got trans'd and some where approved withing 2 weeks of transfered

I am really happy for you guys who are getting transferred to CSC, but can't help feel pathetic as an early March K3 filer. I'd have been better off with just the CR1. I might've been in the first batch of transfers to CSC in August, but it seems like VSC doesn't transfer the K3 filers.

Those who filed K3 with VSC in and around early March are in a tough spot. Those before us with CR1 or K3 are already approved or transferred and approved. Those after us will now be transferred and approved soon. Once again, I am honestly happy for you transferees, but extremely pi$$ed off at my luck!

for those of you who have been transferred, congratulations! you should be approved pretty soon, give it about 2- 3 weeks from the time csc receives your cases. good luck and better get everything ready for NVC in advance because it will be a fast ride at super fast nvc. congratulations again! keep the faith guys.
