I used to buy the trader joe's box and eat the whole thing. hehe. Its pretty good but not as good as the kinds from an Arabic bakery or home made!

Its really not as hard as it seems. Getting it PERFECT like an Arabic bakery...yes. But a nice homemade kind is not too bad! And you can get a huge 9x13 tray out of it. hehe

Wow! Thank you for all the advice! Thank you Milimelo for the recipe, and Sereia for the tips :)

We can get different kinds of good baklaba at the local Phonecia's bakery, and it's really good, but I also want to venture and try to make it myself. :dance:
