Gas prices dip below $2 a gallon

At least a dozen Central Jersey service stations yesterday were charging less than $2 a gallon for regular gasoline — down from more than $4 per gallon being paid by Garden State motorists in mid-July.

We just made it under $3.. woot. Ironically, it's at a time where we're focused on things other than oil. Is there anything more surprising? Rest assured the more energy independent we get, the cheaper oil will become for us.
