I have just mailed my AOS packet to Chicago Lockbox last week...

My question is that I have realized that I have not send any evidence or what is required with the I-765 & I-131...I was thinking that I didn't need to make another Photocopy of K-1 Passport (biographical page and K-1 Visa Page), valid I-94 Arrival/Departure record, I-797 Notice of Action Approval Notice of I-129F, birth certificate, and certified copy of marriage certificate.

... because since i am filing it with the I-485, they can look at the evidence from that.. Will that be ok? Will there be any problem? I couldn't sleep last night thinking about it that it will give us an RFE or denial which will make the process take longer...

Heres what I Filed thru my AOS:

The package includes:

- I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

- The fee for I-485. Check made payable to US Department of Homeland Security on the amount of $1,010.

- G-325A, Biographic Information

- Two passport-type photos

- I-864, Affidavit of Support

- Supporting Documents for I-864: Tax Returns for 2005, 2006, and 2007. Bank statements & employment letter.

- I-765, Application for Employment Authorization

- I-131, Application for Travel Document

- Photocopy of K-1 Passport (biographical page and K-1 Visa Page), valid I-94 Arrival/Departure record, I-797 Notice of Action Approval Notice of I-129F, birth certificate, and certified copy of marriage certificate.

- The I-693 filled out by a Civil Surgeon

- Photocopy Form DS-3025 Vaccination Documentation Worksheet

Is there something missing here? Will I Get An RFE? Please help? Thanks!

They are separate applications... They will be adjudicated separately... The evidence should "stand alone" and not be referenced to a different petition/application even if concurrently filed. If they cannot adjudicate they should issue an RFE.

YMMV

They won't deny you just because you didn't send supporting docs. They may reject it. I think that's the word you meant to use. Deny is when they make a final decision based on all the documentation and evidence. But in your case, they would send it back telling to include the correct supporting documentation, or they may accept it initially, and then send you an RFE later on when they start to process it.

I wouldn't do anything until you hear from them, one way or another. But know that some people have gotten approved by only sending the evidence once for all 3 applications. So it is possible, it depends on the person who processes your paperwork.
