On another forum I saw some early April applicants transferred to CSC. It's good to see there is something going on at least.

you are absolutely correct. Ashar has a NOA1 from 04/07. so from the looks of it, appears to be that they have transferred people up until 04/07. i dont know if they transferred anyone else beyond that. i sure hope that they did. last time they had transferred up until 03/03 if i can remember correctly. so if they just pushed all the applications until end of april or mid april to CSC, then our approvals are not too far. God its about time!

awesome!!!! NOA1 of May 5. this is the first one i have heard from May!! i feel much better now that my NOA1 is June 9. it maybe close :-)

looks like VSC is trying to keep things within 6 months as the May 5 applicants have just hit the 6 months mark on Nov 5. so there you go.....simple math...6 months...it appears that anyone who has passed the 6 month marker should have been transfered to CSC on Nov 5 (as most of the people here). hope my gut feeling is right...

Since being transferred from VSC, I called the USCIS with the premise that our case is now outside the "6 month" CSC processing date. The prerecorded message stated to please wait at least 180 days from your transfer date before inquiring about your case. Not very encouraging.

If anyone gets a different response from an actual person at USCIS, let us know.

The Journey...

2008.03.07 - Wedding in USA

2008.03.19 - I-130 application filed

2009.02.18 - Interview

2009.02.20 - Visa received

2009.03.12 - USA entry / Green Card

time wasted at VSC plus 180 days after transfer...wats the point of the transfer than if they have to take 1 year to complete the application...that is bull***t....this is the time to contact your congressperson/senator. its time for these officials to wake up and finally start working on something rather than pretending to fix the economical crisis.

I'm still at work today. But, my friend just called from home saying I got a letter from immigration today.

I just checked my status online and it shows "Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred."

Finally out of Vermont hell! I hope CSC is still cranking like they were earlier this year.

If I didn't have bad luck, I would have no luck at all!
