I just received a notice in the mail today that our case was transferred to CSC on November 5. Hopefully not long now.

Question...for people who were transfered, are you updating your timelines to say CSC as your service center, or do you keep it as VSC since that's where you started? I just don't want to mess up the group data.

2008.03.19 - I-130 application filed

2009.02.18 - Interview

2009.02.20 - Visa received

2009.03.12 - USA entry / Green Card

Interesting. I don't have answer to your question as I wasn't transferred (K3). Hopefully it won't be too long for you.

interesting to see more transfers from vermont to csc since they have not approved all applications that were transferred in Aug.

02/06/2008. Mailed I-130 to Chicago Lockbox

02/08/2008. I-130 delivered to Chicago Lockbox. Signed by V BUSTAMANTE

02/20/2008. I-130 NOA1 date. Vermont Service Center

08/26/2008. Touched. (I-130 transferred to California Service Center)

08/27/2008. Touched.

08/28/2008. Touched. (This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred)

08/29/2008. Touched.

09/26/2008. Touched.

09/27/2008. Touched.

10/16/2008. Touched.

10/17/2008. Touched.

11/12/2008. Touched.(Senator inquired on case status. Case with FBI. Was told not to inquire again for 90 days)

11/13/2008. Touched.

11/26/2008. Touched.

02/18/2009. Touched.(Senator inquired on case status again. Case still with FBI. Was told not to inquire for another 180 days)

02/24/2009. Touched.

03/10/2009. Received letter from USCIS requesting evidence to prove citizenship.

04/04/2009. Approved!! Received letter. Case status online didn't change.

NVC:

04/17/2009. Case number received.

04/22/2009. DS-3032 and AOS bill generated.

04/28/2009. Emailed DS-3032

05/04/2009. Paid AOS bill online.

05/07/2009. DS-3032 accepted.

06/23/2009. AOS mailed received by NVC on 06/26/2009

06/25/2009. Mailed DS-230 package form Azerbaijan received by NVC on 06/30/2009

07/09/2009. False RFE (ds-230 wasn't in the system yet)

07/14/2009. Case Completed!!!

07/30/2009. Got the interview date.

08/27/2009. Medical Passed.

09/29/2009. Interview Passed.

09/30/2009. Visa issued.

10/25/2009. POE Atlanta, Georgia

11/07/2009. 10 year Green Card received!!!!

With the previous batch of transfers, it was left at vsc. I think changing it to csc now will throw the data off. I believe the only thing that happened is someone made a list of the transfers and people were following there progress on that sub list.

We too got our transfer notice today, also dated Nov. 5, 2008.

It is the first time it has been touched since March, and it is not showing a touch or that it has been transferred yet on the website.

But, I finally feel that things are starting to move along.

We got the same letter today. NOA1 was March 31 2008 @ VSC, transferred to CSC on Nov 5. Still no update at the online case status, last update has been April 3 since the very beginning.

Hope the NOA2 comes soon.

Jan 26, 2008- Married in Bilpin, NSW Australia

March 10, 2008- NOA1 @ VSC

November 5, 2008- Transfer to CSC

November 10, 2008- Notification of transfer arrived in mail

November 11, 2008- Case status updated online

November 13, 2008- Touched

December 10, 2008- Touched: approval notice dispatched

December 11, 2008- Approval notice via email!

April 25, 2009- Interview notification from NVC

June 23, 2009- Interview Sydney Consulate and Visa APPROVED!

June 25, 2009- Received Passport with Visa in mail

July 20, 2009- Immigration to the USA

OK. This is awesome news :)

I hope they transfer everyone from VSC to CSC :devil:

there you go Frali :) this is good news for us...basically with this transfer (as it appears right now) they have transferred all applicants until end of march to csc. this makes room for us. i hope things start moving quick. my application completed 5 months yesterday. lets hope for the best. i am curious to see their new timelines.

by the way, congrats to all of you who have been transfered...this is a good thing..most of you will see an approval before christmas.

On another forum I saw some early April applicants transferred to CSC. It's good to see there is something going on at least.
