Hello peoples! I have received my Secret Santa so I have come to do some research and answer the quiz. :hehe:

Do you collect anything?

  • I collect dust. But only if I sit still for very long periods of time. I'm particularly fond of dust bunnies because my husband won't let me have any pets, so I play with them instead.
  • I can't say I really "collect" things, though. I can't stand clutter.
What are your favorite treats?

  • Hamster yummies! Okay, no, not really. They're actually quite gross. I am a huge chocolate addict, though. And I confess to having Fruit & Nut bars in my cupboard also! But I have bags and bags of the stuff because I brought back a suitcase-full when I was in Europe this summer, and then my sister brought me a suitcase-full when she arrived two weeks ago. I swear I could open my own shop.
  • I love bath stuff and soaps and lotions and things. If you can't look good you should smell good, that's what I always say. Well, actually, that's the first time I've ever said that.
  • I really love wine! Maybe even as much as I love chocolate!
  • Flowers. I love love love fresh flowers. Especially Gerberas.
  • Glass. Glass is awesome. Glass vases, glass bowls, glass art.
Favorite color?

  • Hmm. I love all colours. Purple not so much. Or pink. I guess oranges and bright greens are my favourites.

What Christmas colors do you use?

  • I gave all my Christmas decorations to my daughter so I now have to rebuild. I have some pretty green ornaments somewhere, I think. I think I'm the red, green, silver type. But I don't think I really have a type.
What is your absolute favorite thing to shop for? (like: linens, stationery, games, clothing, food, vases )

  • OMG, I get absolutely orgasmic in a kitchen shop or gourmet/whole foods grocery store. I mean, seriously. I will see a really pretty mixer or blender or something and just melt. You should hear my daughter and I when we shop together cause she does the same thing. We'll both see something and go "Oooooo" at the same time and pet it lovingly. Okay, we're weird. But in a good way.
Thanks for putting all this together, Trailmix! You're awesome! Is there a timeframe on when these should be sent out, or does it matter? (I'm assuming the preference is to receive it before Christmas.) :hehe:

Oh and is there a cash limit!!?? If someone already said what it is I apologize.

"...My hair's mostly wind,

My eyes filled with grit

My skin's white then brown

My lips chapped and split

I've lain on the prairie and heard grasses sigh

I've stared at the vast open bowl of the sky

I've seen all the castles and faces in clouds

My home is the prairie and for that I am proud…

If You're not from the Prairie, you can't know my soul

You don't know our blizzards; you've not fought our cold

You can't know my mind, nor ever my heart

Unless deep within you there's somehow a part…

A part of these things that I've said that I know,

The wind, sky and earth, the storms and the snow.

Best say that you have - and then we'll be one,

For we will have shared that same blazing sun." - David Bouchard

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

- The gift you chose can be anything - please try to keep it under $15 (however if you feel the need to buy a $100 gift, go for it  )

Let the fun begin!

Originally I was just saying that we should keep it under the 10-15 mark - the choice is yours.

Oh and I think it would be nifty keen-o if we all opened them on Christmas day - what do you guys think?

Oh man, as long as it fits in my suitcase LOL :)

(I mean, I am not expecting a huge gift, I just know how much I try to jam into my suitcase! hehehe)
