Anyone for tea?

I was going to post this in the 'foods I miss from my home country' thread, but I don't want my plea for help to be lost. Here's the situation.

I have about 2 teaspoons of my Symington's Dandelion Herbal Tea left, and I'm going nuts. Usually my Dad sends it over to me from Australia, but because of a bunch of things happening lately, he hasn't been able to send any. So I need help. Please.

I've been searching the internet, and making many phone calls, to try to find a place locally (as in Iowa locally) that stocks it. No luck so far. Does anyone know anywhere I can purchase this tea in the US?

Thanks a bunch if you have any ideas.

Cripes. Just finished my third to last cup. I'm in big trouble. :(

Could you try another dandelion tea?

Or, try a green tea as a substitute in the mean time. Go for the whole leaf stuff, no premade tea bags or granuales. There's nothing better then freshly brewed green tea with mango. Mmmm.

Thanks for the link, Jaylen Brit. I'll follow it up and see what they can do.

Tracy, I checked out World Market but I can't see that they have a grocery section, just furniture/bedding/kitchenware etc. Is this what you're talking about? http://www.worldmarket.com/home.jsp

Mary, I believe this brand of dandelion tea is actually a product of the UK, so I'd say you'd have no problems getting it there. Good luck!

Rahma, I've tried other dandelion teas but they're just not the same! This is a granulated tea (looks very much like instant coffee), not teabags (tried dandelion teabags and had to hold back gagging).

My best friend got me on to this, actually. Her MIL recommended it to her when she was pregnant the first time, as it's caffeine free yet has a very slight coffee taste. With milk and a little bit of brown sugar, it taste almost toffee like, and is *very* soothing.

Thanks for all of your advice, I'll keep looking! :)

I found that brand of dandelion coffee on some uk sites but not tea. I will have to remember though that the teabags are not good.

Here's the link to the Aussie website listed on the container: http://www.choate.com.au/products.html#symingtons

Mary, I also saw the coffee version listed in my searching, but I haven't tried that. I'm a bit of a wimp to spend money on something I might not like, so I'm keeping on the search for the tea. :)
