Hello good day to everyone I am new in this forum I am a filipina , My husband and I were going to start to file for CR1, I saw steps on going through this process in this site. it helps us a lot but we have question and hopefully someone can help us. on first step on sending I I30 it also includes to submit both G325a , ..on My g325a form it ask for family name ..the question is ....is it my family name when i was single or my married family name? for example when i was single my family name is Santos now that I am married my family name is Taylor..which one should i used in G325 A form for II30 petition ....sorry if it is confusing but hopefully someone understand thank you

Well, You have to use your Married name already.

use ur married name already since ure married and filing for CR1...

07/18/12 - AOS fee bill/paid "IN PROCESS"

07/20/12 - AOS fee bill shows "PAID", mailed AOS package

07/25/12 - received AOS

07/25/12 - IV Fee Bill Invoiced, paid $230.00 "IN PROCESS"

07/26/12 - IV Fee bill shows "PAID"

07/28/12 - mailed IV Package

08/03/12 - received DS 230 packet

08/14/12 - sent RFE

08/16/12 - NVC received RFE

08/21/12 - log in failed

08/22/12 - case complete!

09/26-27/12 - medical at SLMC

10/04/12 - interview

12/01/12 - Left Philippines

also use in box any other name used thats where your maiden name goes. but remember what ever name you file with thats the name you use all the way through processing. make sure your passport is changed. make sure you also send 4 pages each of the g-325 so there is 8 all together 4 for you and 4 for your hubby good luck

Since you are married, from this point on you should always use your married name.
