I would suggest you visit www.candleforlove.com if you haven't already and talk to those good folks.

You must try to keep your petition in China and not let them send it back to the USCIS with NOID.

good luck to you

A consulate refuses to issue a visa and returns the file with the reason for refusal (not a NOID)... Only the USCIS issues a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) letter, and even they do not appear to do that any more, as they seem to have chosen to simply let the petitions expire without taking any action.

YMMV

Thanks for the clarification.

I hope my point remains clear... it's important to do whatever it takes to keep the petition at the Consulate and fight the 'reasons for refusal' and not let them return it to the uscis (where it seems to just dwindle and die) for final decision.

IMO.. candle for love and others who have fought there way through GUZ are the best source of information on the process there.

good luck!

Unfortunately, the OP has already received this advice and has chosen not to follow it. Actually, he claims to have asked this question of attorneys in GUZ and at CFL and received advice to appeal. However, no such subject has been raised on CFL lately and the OP has failed to respond to multiple requests for the details contained on the white sheet.

As such, it would appear he is either a troll or complete idiot. In either case, he's beyond our help.

Hmm..... actually the OP did state in the thread you refer to that evidence presented was deemed to be under doubt - post number 11

Are you suggesting for the OP to "real" he has to post on CDL and VJ ? I appreciate your view may be that most people would but the fact that he appears to have kept the issue to VJ alone does not necessarily mean he is a troll or a complete idiot ?

OP I would suggest returning to the thread in the China forum and re-reading advice given by Haole as Haole seems to be able to connect with your issue - see post 12 on your thread in the China forum.

Good Luck

The OP has stated that Attorneys in GUZ and the folks at CFL both advised him to appeal. Neither of those statements passes the smell test. The OP has not provided the details from the white sheet. We cannot help people in these circumstances when all we have are paraphrased answers or interpretations because they aren't qualified to reliably do either. If they were, they wouldn't need our help.

I WILL amend my stated options to add the possibility he is simply asking for assistance for visa fraud. That's a possible explanation in addition to "troll" and "complete idiot".

Please provide a link to your post in CFL. To keep the package in Guangzhou, you must hire an attorney in Guangzhou. I told you that weeks ago.

Plenty of CFL members are experienced with white papers, so it cannot possibly be true that they told you they have not answered them up to now.
