Bevs, I thought my travel tax was already paid when we purchased the ticket online. Turns out, it wasnt included (it was the tax for the ticket) so when i went to NWA booth to check in and get my boarding passes.... they had me pay the travel tax.... P1620.00. Its in the middle of the initial terminal, infront of the phone booths. They will ask if you are immigrant and non-immigrant. I said non-immigrant so they just had me pay P1620. They accept peso only (at least that time).

If you purchased your ticket online, you can look on the receipt if the travel tax is included. If it just says tax.... not travel tax then you have to pay at the airport. Dont forget to bring P750 (terminal fee P500 and security fee P250).

You will be paying two, you and your son. :)

After you check in you pay the airport use tax of 750php just before you pass immigration to departure gate

Thats incorrect. P750 is NOT tax. Its terminal fee (P500) and security fee (P250).
