IMBRA.... WAIVER

Timeline

HI GUYS,

i just wanna ask if there's anybody here knows, about how long it's gonna take to recieve a response from immigration for the waiver we asked... it's been 2weeks now, that we sent the request letter and it stated there in the instruction that we can get a response after 14 days, and how come until now our case it's still pending, there's no even touch since then!!

i hope guys you can find me some answer of this....

I don't know what your waiver is for, but if it's an IMBRA waiver, then I think you'll probably get your NOA1, and they will either let you know by sending you your NOA2, or a letter around the same time indicating they are proceeding.

Maybe someone else who has sent a waiver in will come answer.
