Hi! I am a US citizen who joined this messageboard because I have questions regarding family members who have green cards. I am hoping that someone on this board can help me out.

My SIL immigrated to the US on Aug2007. She received her green card. She left the US again due to family problems. She left Nov2007. She filed a travel document, I-131B. She returned to the US last week. Now, for her to leave the US again, does she have to have a biometrics appointment? I am not clear at all about travel documents and the website uscis.gov is not very helpful.

Any help at all would be appreciated. Thank you
