My mother is here with a tourist visa. I am a citizen and want to apply for her to stay with me. What forms should I fill? Help, please.

I-130 but she can not stay and adjust status from a tourist visa.

Yes she can. As the immediate relative of a USC she can file for AOS along with the I-130 and remain here while it is processed. As long as she did not have intent at entry to remain the she can do so in the same way as someone who gets married on a tourist visa can.

Just make sure she has filed before her I-94 expires.

Is it enough? On a different forum I was told I need to file a lot of papers. For example, medical and so forth.

Yes she will need to have a full medical with a civil surgeon, and she will need to complete all the forms for the AOS and the I-130.

If you are not good at doing the forms yourself then seek help from a immigration lawyer.
