The best that you can do is to write a letter inviting your mother-in-law to visit the US. The letter should be address to her. In the letter, you need to say that she is invited to stay with you and your wife during her visit to the US and that you would be responsible for all her expenses.

Your mother-in-law will then have to apply for a tourist visa through the US embassy in the Ukraine. The letter will show that you have invited her to visit and that you will be taking care of her expenses. She will have to show that she has sufficient ties to the Ukraine so that she can prove that she is not likely to overstay her visa and become an illegal immigrant. Sufficient ties means owning a home, children, a husband, etc. in the Ukraine.

Good luck.

Good luck on this.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

I think it will be difficult for her to visit you. The only real good I see is that she owns her own business. I wish you luck!!

On a side note.... I see your wife is from Rovno, aka Rivne. My fiancee is also from there.

Good luck!!

I have read here that if she owns property and a business, there is a chance. Have her supply copies of her business and property deeds and titles, etc. with the application. Good luck!
