I JUST WANT TO ASK HELP ON HOW TO DO THE AOS...WHAT IS THE FIRST THING TO DO BEFORE FILING IT?...

I WAS ALSO CONFUSE WHAT VACCINATION FORM DID I HAVE TO PASS WITH THE PACKET?....THANKS TO THOSE WHO WILL LIKE TO REPLY...GOD BLESS :innocent:

When you go to a local certified civil surgeon, they will be able to guide you through the process, and fill out the paper work for you.
