Hi I got a question about a Police Clearance.

My fiance lives in Japan and got a Canadian police clearance (she use to live in Canada), and it came to her yesterday. It was from a third party company that she visited in Canada 2 weeks ago called Commissionaires, because she went there and had them done electronically (to save time). They sent it to her in a small letter-like envelope, so she opened it. Is it ok for her to bring the opened Canadian PC to her interview at the embassy in Tokyo?
