My interview is on Nov 17, my fiancee only sent me his 2007 income tax returns, I have read it somewhere that I would need at least 3 years of income tax returns. Can someone enlighten me up on this pls. Thank you for all those who will take time to reply to this post.

The new guidelines only require the 2007 tax returns instead of the past three years. However, it would be prudent that you bring his 2005, 2006 returns also just in case the CO would want to see if your fiancee has a stable income. Good luck on your interview.

I took only 2007 Income Tax Returns to Interview.

No need to worry about 2005/2006 until you do AOS paperwork.

They only require the latest ITR (which is 2007 for now). But if you want to be cautious, it is your prerogative to bring the previous years just in case.
