I was assuming emails would come to update us but "zero" have appeared. Tell me please, what does it mean if the operator says "we are workig on your case"? Is that a canned message? Thank you.

You dont say on your timeline that you received your NA01. Once you've received that you are looking at around 6 months.

We still havent received ours!!! 6 months and STILL waiting!!!

When you sign up for e-mail notifications that is where you see if you have been touched that is working just the main page where you check the case status does not seem to be updating. I have never received a e-mail either.

I used to check on USCIS once a day, I never called as I was within their time frame of 6 months

I'm almost right there with ya....very frustrating! Have you called the immigration center or anything?
