New Interview for K3 Visa

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to inform everyone that my husband has his 2nd interview date on Dec. 8. Can anyone tell me what he should bring to this interview besides an updated police certificate, copies of recent chats, and my financial information, and his passport? Should I also have him take the chats from the time we began communicating to chats up until his 2nd interview? Do they still ask questions of the beneficiaries at the 2nd interview or they just issue the visa after doing all their background checks and family and neighbor interviews? We want to make sure everything is exactly correct this time.

When we had our second interview we took everything we took to the first interview. In our case we were not asked any questions, he just turned in his passport and was given the slip to come and pick up his passport.

Thanks so much for your reply Zee! I thought that might be the case and most people that are called back after AP on VJ that I have seen have not been asked any questions or anything, just the passport to give the visa, but I wanted to make certain.

Did they ask for your financial information at all like tax records and an updated employment letter? They didn't keep anything the first time, only our marriage certificate and a passport photo of my husband.
