Once packet 3 paperwork is complete and turn back in to the embassy how long will it be until the interview date for visa. Will they issue a interview date right away once the paperwork is turned in??? Once again this is at the embassy in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. Thanks for you help.

When my fiancee returned her packet 3 she was told to call back every month after one month had passed, but she received her appoinment letter less than two weeks later. We were shocked. Her interview is scheduled for Nov 24th.

It will take about 1 month (most of the time ) for you to find out about your intrview date you must wait until you get you interview letter to do anything we called and called remember you can call as much as you want I would call once a week good luck to you both congrates on getting this far. Also I think now they post it on line on there website .

Biometrics : Received Appointment Letter Today April 27th = May 23rd 2008 10 am appointment

Transfered CSC June 4th

EAD: Approved June 13th 2008

EAD: Recieved Card June 18th 2008

AP: Approved June 13th 2008

AP: Received June 18th 2008

AOS:touched :Card ordered July 26th

Approval: AOS : Aug 4th

Green Card :Received : Aug 5th with Welcome Letter . 2 years Dated July 26th
