I moved to California on a K1 almost 12 days ago...It would be so great to chat with folks living in my 'area'. :dance:

if it makes you feel more at home i know of two british style pubs in santa monica high street, and one is owned by a brit :thumbs:

havent mad Vito check on the british food stores yet other than the one in santa monica but its like £14 equiv for tetley tea bags that should be £2 :wow:

Hannah, cor! So much for teabags! Well, I'm in San Fernando so the brit pubs are a bit of a distance but I've found a brit 'corner shop' :star: ...just down the road! They sell confectionary, brit gifts, grocer items and drinks. In fact I almost fainted when I saw Fanta :blush:
