Hey!

So I finally received my husbands tax transcripts for 2007, 2006, 2005.

He did make over the poverty line in 2007. But that was in 2007. It is the most recent tax transcript so should I put that as current annual income???

He also received his first paystub from his new job (after being 3 months unemployed) but it does not mention an annual income, it mentions a biweekly payrate and then is actual payrate, which is not the same amount. I am really confused as what to put as his current annual income. He asked his employer for a letter and he wrote too that it is almost impossible to calculate the annual income. He wrote an estimated weekly income, should I base on that and multiply it with 52? Can someone please explain me how that works?

Also in the part where they ask about your household size. What should I write in the box of spouse, where it says people you are NOT sponsoring, but he is sponsoring his spouse. It says if you are married write 1 so should I leave it blank? I already wrote a 1 for me in the box on how many he is sponsoring.

Im so confused and scared to write something wrong and get denied.

I figured out my last one. It says in the instruction to not fill it out twice, so Ill just put a "0" for where it says if he is married. Hopefully thats what they expect you to do, or should i leave it blank?
