Don't open the envelope! ... well, which one?

After two weeks just received the big brown envelope containing the visa packet and presumably my passport in it.

Now I wonder, what am I supposed NOT to open. This envelope it came in? Or am I right in believing I may open that one but not the other envelope with the missing corner which is inside?

19 MAR 2008 - got engaged

08 MAY 2008 - NOA1

05 SEP 2008 - NOA2

22 SEP 2008 - Pack 3

10 OCT 2008 - Pack 4

16 OCT 2008 - medical in Hamburg

27 OCT 2008 - Interview in Frankfurt

29 DEC 2008 - Atlanta

You can open the envelope which has you rpassport in it. But DO NOT open the brown one with corner missing otherwise they will not let you travel and have to go back to embassey to get a replacement. Again open the bigger envelope with your passport as you will need it to book travel to US but DO NOT opent he Brown one with corner missing. Good Luck

Oct 7th 2008- Case transferred to CSC

Oct 15, 2008- Biometric APPT (smooth and quick)

Oct 16, 2008- Case pending ......

Update....

EAD Card production ordered ........ 12/03/2008

Ap approved...approval notice sent 12/03/2008

Ap arrives in mail... dated ..............12/12/2008

EAD approval mail sent ..................12/11/2008

EAD arrives in mail ........................12/15/2008

AOS Touched .................................01/12/2009

AOS card production ordered...........02/27/2009

ROC TIMELINE 2011.

Jan 1st 2011 mailed in I751

Feb 15th 2011 Biometric appointment

May 24th 2011 Petition Approved

May 25th 2011 Card production ordered
